Mr. Jeff Kapor is a Shareholder at Buchalter-Neimer where he focuses on the representation of apparel industry. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, debtor and creditor relations, financial and business planning, licensing, intellectual property matters and corporate law. Jeff’s extensive community has earned him the Spirit of Life Award from the City of Hope and the National Jewish Humanitarian Award. Jeff and his firm have provided pro bono and low cost legal services to CMAT since its inception.Jeff earned his J.D. at Southwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court. He received his B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
